Key Features:
The Suzuki Access 125 comes with a fuel-injected engine. This will allow for more fuel efficiency for the bike. This is the primary factor when someone wishes to commute regularly. The Suzuki Access 125 also comes with an LED headlight and integrated indicators. This allows for a slicker look to the scooter.
The Suzuki Access 125 also comes with a very informative instrument cluster. Moreover, the instrument cluster comes with Bluetooth connectivity for the Indian variant. However, the Bangladeshi version will not get a Bluetooth console. But other than that, the instrument cluster of the 2021 version is digital while the previous version is semi-digital. The only difference is that the 2021 version has a digital speedo and engine temperature indicator, while the earlier version has an analog speedo and no engine temperature indicator. So we got the older version in Bangladesh till now, but the newer version is expected to step foot in BD soon.
The Suzuki Access 125 comes in three different colors. They are:
- Black.
- Blue.
- Grey.
All the colors come with no unique decals or anything.
The Suzuki Access 125 also gets a combi-braking system, which is excellent for braking, safety, and scooter handling.
Physical Attributes:
The Suzuki Access 125 is a small and elegant machine. It has a saddle height of 773mm, which allows riders of 5’3” to ride the scooter comfortably. The leg rest at the front also has adequate space for taller riders not to feel uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the scooter has a fuel tank of 5liters, which makes it very tough to take it on long rides
The length, width, height, and weight of the Suzuki Access 125 are 1870mm, 690mm, 1160mm, and 104kg. The scooter has relatively more minor weight, which allows it to be quite handy and fun to ride around in. The scooter also has a small wheelbase of 1265mm, which brings the question of balancing the scooter at high-speed cornering. It also has a ground clearance of 160mm, which is good enough for most speed bumps.
Engine and Transmission:
The Suzuki Access 125 comes with an air-cooled, 4-stroke, single-cylinder, and fuel-injected engine. The engine is reasonably fuel-efficient and is expected to have a fuel economy of around 45kmpl. The machine has a max power of 8.7PS at 6750RPM and 10Nm of torque at 5500RPM. The emphasis is quite more minor, but the torque is quite a lot, so you can expect fast acceleration whenever you open the throttle.
The Suzuki Access 125 comes with a fully automatic gearbox, making it very easy to control. The Automatic CVT engine is expected to have a top speed of about 100KMPH.
Brakes, Suspensions, and Wheels:
The Suzuki Access 125 comes with a full drum or disc-drum setup. The front and rear both have drum brakes, or you can also choose the one with a disc at the front. Both these variants come with CBS. The CBS makes the braking power and performance of the bike quite good and allows the bike to be safer than before. It would be so much better if it had two discs.
The Suzuki Access 125 has a basic telescopic suspension at the front. The rear suspension is a mono-shock absorbing suspension. The suspension is more like that of a bike than a regular scooter. This makes the suspension of the scooter quite premium. The scooter’s suspension is expected to perform adequately.
The Suzuki Access 125 comes with alloy wheels. The front and rear have 90/90 and 90/100 section tires, respectively. The wheels are both 12” at the front and back. The scooter is said to have excellent stability and good cornering skills. The scooter can also lean easily.
Target Audience:
The Suzuki Access 125 was made for the light-hearted scooter lover. It was made for the commuter who doesn’t want an aggressive, noise-making machine. The Suzuki Access 125 is a forgiving machine that has a short learning curve. It is easy for beginners to master and fun for veterans to ride around in. The Suzuki Access 125 is a scooter for all.
